KUNSILL MALTI GHALL-ISPORT

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

 

 

The Kunsill Malti ghall-iSport, in collaboration with the Malta Cycling Federation, will be once again holding the  the Girls on the Move Cycling program.
The objective of KMS in the Girls on the Move Programme is to increase the opportunities for girls to participate in sports activities in a safe and supportive environment.
 
The GOM Cycling Pilot Project will start on 6Th December 2008 and end in 21 February 2009.
The training sessions will be held on Saturdays
at the Girls’ Junior Lyceum in Pembroke (St Clara College).
 
Participation in cost is 6.00 Euro. Applications can be collected from the KMS Head Office at the Cottonera Sports Complex or downloaded from the KMS website

We will be organising a Fun Run open for all

 

 

On Sunday 7th December 08 at 9.30am

(A)     Valletta (Phenicia Hotel)- Sliema

(B)     For juniors from Msida – Sliema

 

The route will be:

 

Valletta - Phenicia

Hamrun - High Street

Imriehel - Rabat Road

Ta’ Qali

Attard

Mosta - Vjal L-Indipendenza

Lija - Naxxar Road

B’kara Bypass

Msida - University Heights

Msida - Square (ix-xatt) (will be joining juniors)

Gzira - Rue D’Argans - Testaferrata – Manoel island

Sliema – Freres – Tower road

Ending up near Peppie’s Kiosk

 

(C)    Followed by optional fund raising

€10 Buffet +Drink (wine) at Peppie's restaurant

In front of Plaza Hotel
