@maromera While I am not the guy in the video, I do know a little about cycling. Your legs will first become toned, and then increase in volume after a while. I wouldn’t worry about this even if you are a woman. I know women cyclists and they are not built like this guy is. If anything, cycling will give you more in-shape, lean and muscular legs, not big bulky ones. All in all, cycling is a great sport and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to improve their body or athletic ability.
I dont mean anything by this but you have huge muscular thighs. I just got into cycling are my thighs going to bulk up ?
I would like to avoid that if there is a way?

It’s true. You can see profs really peddle much smoother then most people on their roadbicycles.
